If anyone read my other thread here, they know I have [had] a hundred bucks on Bodog that I can't get at because my account info is phony ("James Bond") and there is no way to transfer funds into a new, real account.
Anyway... here's the update. I decided to piss it all away in playing the biggest buy-in tourney I can find. At this point the result of that tourney must be obvious.
Read: NOT second...

surely someone here has a bodog account you can transfer it to, and get it that way. Well done anyway, I think... what was the pay?

LOLOL This is my favourite story EVER!!!
Only one thing for it, heap your whole roll on 5knl.
This is pretty annonying though, because I bet you now have a roll that you would not forgive yourself for pissing away.
I really wish I could offer advice but I really can't think of a way out. I guess if you anonymously contact customer service they might see if there's a way out for you, but I seriously doubt it
Good luck, keep us updated. How big was the score?

I guess you'll just have to change your real name to James Bond. Might as well start drinking martini too.

Could someone please tell me why it is against the rules or unethical to chip dump at a heads up table? If it's full ring or a tourney, I could understand why the practice may be frowned upon. But if it's just a way of transferring funds, why should the card room or anyone else care?

So I emailed customer service, because... it's a worth a shot, right? Bodog SECURITY emails me back telling me nothing except that I call them. I'm a little nervous about doing it. Are they pissed or...?
Oh yeah and the tournament I played was a sit-n-go and it netted me $500. Sorry, James did not make a Casino Royale type score.

Personally I would have chip dumped to another FTR member who could then send you the money through another means...

It's against the rules because its probably the cheapest, easiest and quickest way to launder money.

Do you mean to tell me that mafia bosses and corrupt politicians are falsifying financial reports under the guise of online gambling?

Not exactly, but if you wanted to disguise the source of a large sum of money then poker sites would be a good place to start.
Also, poker/gambling winnings arent taxable in alot of countries, wouldnt it be handy if my boss just dumped chips to the value of my monthly salary instead of paying me directly through the bank? etc etc.
Anyone who finds this concept funny is just incrediby naive IMHO. Why else would the poker sites ban chip dumping?

There are many more practical reasons to ban it, such as collusion.

If you remember, this story was told in two threads- this one, and another called "so I signed up with phony information...". I explained the resolution there. Basically, I called up, and they screwed me ("zeroed" the account) because they can. Whatever- the story is weeks old and over with. The lesson was learned.

Just when you think the story's over... the thread is resurrected. The hilarity continues...
Nah but it's all good. I've "restarted" online poker, the right way. I finally grew a pair and put my real info out there. It's been a few weeks... no the FBI hasn't kicked my door in yet. "HEY YOU, ARE YOU THE NINETEEN-YEAR-OLD KID WHO PLAYS ONLINE POKER ON BODOG? THEY LIKE YOUR TYPE BACK IN SAN QUENTIN!! HAHAHA.
So, (poker) life goes on. "Mr. James Bond" however, will only live on through my avatar. And a phoney PokerStars account. Who knew 007 played the penny tables?
