Hello Choco!!! Who are you?!?
Thanks for the props on the website, not sure what your level of poker knowledge is at this point, but don't get discouraged with being down $40, that's not much, I dropped $700 before figuring out how to make money. Xianti also dropped like $500 before profitting, so you're doing quite well relative to how we started out.
The only piece of advice I can share is to take your time and read what we have on this website. If you follow the strategy essays off the main page, they will start you off in the right direction.
Good luck, keep us posted on your progress!

Aye, I'm somewhere in the ballpark too. Heck, I've dropped more than $40 on a single hand. However, I've come out up over $1,000 playing online poker.

Hi Lan!
Welcome to FTR! Hey, I heard you've already got some game, taking down some nice pots in the cash game a couple weeks back.
Good luck in the online arena!!

Lan, Why are you worried about $40? You pulled down way more than that in the cash game. It is good to see you here on the site. Don't forget about my Christmas Card.

Hey Eric
Haha, yes I will have to remeber the Xmas card.
I want to join a satellite tounament for like the WPT or Binions series!!!
That would be cool, let me know if you guys are doing that.
Also update, I started with $500 plus their $100 from partypoker and I'm up like $50 now!
As for CS the game still rules, I play 1.5 ever so often on a server called Come get some [Fu!]

I have no interest in discussing strategy with a protege'. Your job is to remain quiet and listen. I have a very systematic approach that I will share with the right candidate and I promise that I will turn you into a force of nature and show you elements of the game of poker that you never knew existed.
