I've spent an hour trying to figure this out to no avail. An hour I could have been playing. I'm sure I've done due diligence (searching, googling) in trying to solve the problem.

Here's the problem:

When I try to post something that includes a converted hand, I get the following errors:

1. You are not allowed to use URL bbcode.
2. You are not allowed to use IMG bbcode.

You'll have to imagine the bbcode brackets; if I include them I can't post.

I've tried converting with weaktight.com. I've tried various options on the FTR converter, all with the same results.

I have an actual post I'd like to put up.

Please forgive my ignorance.

I think they've reinstated the minimum post-count rule for posting images and links. I think you have to accummulate 10 posts to be allowed to do that. In the meantime you could post the hand as a raw hand history.

You lurked for a very long time. And like Eu said just post it raw, it feels better that way anyways.

@!Luck - Indeed on the lurking. Finally admitted that I wasn't ever going to get any better if I didn't dive in the pool... start posting hands and all.

Thanks both of you... My hand posting career is underway.

JR9477 is an unknown quantity at this point
Go to weaktight to convert, as before, but on the output screen select "txt", then post.

Welcome to FTR. Get 10 posts and you'll be able to post those things, until then just post the raw HH. Best of luck.

I have no interest in discussing strategy with a protege'. Your job is to remain quiet and listen. I have a very systematic approach that I will share with the right candidate and I promise that I will turn you into a force of nature and show you elements of the game of poker that you never knew existed.
