ACK they did it again!

I'm losing tons of money from the bb and sb. Im a 16/7 with an AF of 2-3 ish at 10nl, but i play these very passively as i usually dont have a hand good enough to call/raise someone that raises my blind. Over 4k hands, its adding up, and id like to stop it. Can anyone offer suggestions or is simply letting them take my precious .1 and .05 blinds the best strategy without a decent holding? Should i loosen up, call more, raise more, or is that really just throwing money at them since i'm also out of position?

any advice would be helpful.

If you don't have a good hand, you should probably just let it go.

I'll toss a little extra in if there's a lot of limpers and someone only raises the minimum.

If one player is constantly trying to steal from you when you're in the blinds, quickly reraise him and he will often fold and back down for a while.

I think you're supposed to lose money from the blinds overall. If you have PT you should check out the net w/o blinds or something..should be positive. If its THEN not positive, getting your blinds stolen isnt your problem..
My sig is too much for you to handle.

a good way to protect your blind is to 3 or 4bet back. especially if the raise is from the BTN. Players at $10nl have heard that they should raise 3x on the BTN and then Cbet.... so they duly do this - but they're not sure what to do when played back at. So what you can do is 4bet back at them.

eg your BB with 10-6s....all fold to BTN who then raises to $.40.....SB folds......you raise to $1.60.
BTN should fold - he's not used to being played back at.
If he re-raises a proper bet you can fold.
If he flats calls, I'd prob fire out a 1/2 pot bet regardless on flop. if he calls this as well get ready to check/fold out (obv play if you've hit good).

this achieves a) shows you'll protect your blind. b) shows you know about position play (by attempting to counteract it) c) makes them think twice before they raise your BB again.
