This is my first post on FTR so I hope it's the right area to post. Any advice for novice when reviewing your HH what are you looking for or any guides that helps improve your play. I mean what types of leaks your making, what types of leaks you observe your opponent making, ranging opponents hand, playing position correctly, etc. Some kind of basis to help identify a typical player type and by comparing with similar types from reviewing HH, exploit mistakes and/or weaknesses. I work Full time and go to school but if anyone that can help reviewing HH that want to discuss hands "iron sharpens iron" PM me.

The best thing would probably be for you browse through the plethora of hands already posted throughout the forum for familiarization purposes and take some time to read some of the great Articles available which will certainly help answer a lot of your questions.

Welcome to FTR.

yeah , stop trying to take short cuts and read hand history posts where other people got in trouble and post hand historys where you had a difficult decision to make. Look at the arguments for making different plays. over time you will figure out who's advice you think is good and who's is terrible and you will start to understand /think better about poker.
