Will be my shortest post ever...

I can get VPIP from HUD. How do I translate this into putting opps on ranges? Reads are such a critical part... but I didn't find much helpful at all in NLHET&P ('cept that Sklansky thinks it's really important...)

Any practical advice on at least getting some starting approaches here? I can figure out what range the guy with VPIP <8 is playing... it's the guy with a 17 or 25 or 38.

Oh... did a search already to try and avoid asking a q that's already been asked a million times. Bought up way to many postings to be helpful...

opp is 30/5

hes calling every raise you make with an ace in hand, guarenteed. Any moe and opp is playing total trash versus you.

Hypermegachi made a cool little tool for this too. It's basically the slider and the ranges, in a neat little box that you can keep open over one of your tables

pokerstove does exactly what you need however you must allow for peoples mistakes. Loads of people below $100 NL play any suited ace or even any ace, KJ often appears as well so when you use the pokerstove slider adjust some of the hands. Pokerstove gives you the the top hands based on equity of the pot, so if you slide to 5% ou get AA-99, AJs+, AKo,KQs. Many players would play AQ before KQs.

Pokerstove is free and great for working out equity aginst a range postflp.
