while playing in an online $5 sng this happens
i'm holding Qh Jh
OPP holding Kd Th
Flop Comes Kh 8h 2h
OPP goes all-in, I also
turn comes 4d
i'm looking good
river comes 9h
we both have flush K high, Pot is awarded to him and I'm OUT.... HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE.

I think I'd like to see the actual hand history of that hand. If you're really sure that that's what happened you should definitely contact support and ask wth is up with their software.

Your wrong about something. Get the hand history. thinsgs happen so fast, you miss things. Get the hand history.
