I copy/paste my Party Poker hand history into the converter and I get a 404 type error thing:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@flopturnriver.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Am I doing something wrong?

Please post your original history here so we can try to reproduce the error.

Hmm, the example hand on the http://poker-tools.flopturnriver.com...l-Examples.php page just worked for me.

We need to figure out what is different about the hands that are not working.

Overman,

Can you give us a hand that:
-was not saved to text first.
-uses real chips (not play chips).
-does not have any side pots.

Thanks.

Overman, Do you have any samples that produce errors when real chips (not play chips) are used and there aren't any side pots?
No, I don't. Will it not work with play chips?

I'm not sure if the issue is play chips or one of the other differences.

Well, I don't use real money online yet, so no, unfortunately I can't yet. The other criteria I have met, and it still doesn't work. Maybe I can change the heading in some way to trick it into thinking I'm playing with real money?

I had a similar problem last night with 1 of my 5 hands that I wanted to post last night. It was a pokerroom skin as well.

sandstorm, I pointed out your pm to TylerK. In the future it is more efficient to post issues here than to send me pms.

Overman42, I pointed out this thread to TylerK.

Please give us some time to sort this out.

Thanks.
