villain is 20/12 over 26 hands. ats is 100% (2 hands).

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (9 handed) - Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

UTG ($6.10)
UTG+1 ($12.85)
MP1 ($1.85)
MP2 ($13.90)
MP3 ($10.40)
CO ($10)
Button ($10)
Hero (SB) ($10)
BB ($10)

Preflop: Hero is SB with J, J
6 folds, Button bets $0.30, Hero calls $0.25, 1 fold

Flop: ($0.70) Q, A, A (2 players)
Hero ???

My initial reaction was that it was a crappy flop for JJ oop against a pfr. Then I thought this is a good spot to actually play poker: I can represent an A and possibly have him fold better hands such as KQ, QJ, or QT. So the choice are c/f or b/f. Is b/f spewy here?

A bet is pretty spewy for a number of reasons.

1) He's actually fairly likely to have an A.
2) Who bets out with an A here? o.O
3) Theres a good chance he calls with a Q here to see what you do on the turn, and double barreling is horrible.
4) There isnt a good chance he calls with 66 here to see what you do on the turn.
5)6)7)8) uhhhh i dunno but there are probably more.

So when you bet you turn your hand into a bluff when it still has some value, and when he isnt really folding better hands anyway.
gabe: Ive dropped almost 100k in the past 35 days.

bigspenda73: But how much did you win?

I re-raise preflop and take the $.65 with my JJ oop and play from the button next hand with K3s raise the blinds to $.50 and take down another $.25 making my two hand total $.90 opposed to the $1.00 or so your going to loose finding out that this guy is not going to lay down QT because it's suited and has a backdoor flush draw to go along with this two pair. Re-raise his butt preflop and don't let yourself get into this spot!
