I'm just wondering what are the most optimal HUD stats to have while playing a Tight and Agreesive game.
I play $5nl full ring.
The stats i'm most interested in are VPIP and AF and PFR.
my VPIP is usually around 20%, AF is around 2 or 2.5 and PFR is around 10%.
Are those numbers close to the optimal?

Working through exact same things myself sir, but defenately limp less. As far as if your stats are "optimal" there is no way anyone can tell you what is optimal for you. Dont play more hands because someone on ftr told you to get that vpip up, play hands in positions that are profitable for you. When you get better, your postflop play will make more preflop situations profitable, and your vpip will go up.

Some other useful HUD stats are c bet %, fold to c bet %, 3 bet preflop, and att to steal.

As Donkafelts say, there is really no optimal way. My personal default target values are:
VPIP 15
PFR 10
AF 3
But I do adjust to the dynamics of the table and how the other players are playing. For example on a loose/passive table my VPIP tends to go up or on a tight/passive table my PFR goes up.
The numbers I am aiming for is based on my personal experiences and my preferred style, but also on a fairly thorough analysis of players with the highest win rate at $1/2 level.
