where do you play?
at stars, in the main lobby, go to requests>hand history or tournament history and they'll email it to you. i recommend having HH's saved to your hard drive by going to options>instant hand history options. . . i also have pt move them to another folder when added to my database so they're not deleted. if you don't play at stars, maybe someone else knows what to do.
