Hey guys,
I consider myself a beginner, but have lurked her for a long time and even tried my game online. I took the free 10 bucks at Royal vegas and turned it into 100. Of course this took a few months of messing around but I did alright. 
I want to start again and really play, taking the advice from here and turning it into profit.
So I know I need to read these boards like crazy, and post my hands I have questions on. But where should I start with my role of $100? I have a neteller account.
I'd like to get a nice bonus and be able to play 10NL until I get 15 to 20 buyins for 25NL.

You're right. FTR rocks. Congrats on turning 10 into 100. Keep reading and learning, but for god's sake have fun. Don't take something you love and turn it into a life or death struggle against God himself... oops I've said too much. Sorry God. Please don't punish me. I'll say my poker prayers....

I think I'm neva6 at RVP. I usually played about 4 tables of 10NL.
Do you still play there Irish?
Is there any other good 10NL sites that offer a decent bonus for first timers?
I want to build my roll a bit and they be able to play at party and stars.

Not many bonuses out there for that level of stakes and your BR. Bodog has a 10% unlimited bonus that's going on. Since it's only $10 it may not take that long to clear (even though you're playing lower stakes).
EDIT: I almost forgot. Congrats on being a winning player so far. You've come to the right place for help and advice. Keep reading the forums, reading books, evaluating your own play, and developing your own style and you'll be making more and more money as time goes on. Good luck!

Bodog has a deposit $100 get $100 MONEY added to y0ur account. I saw the bonus code in one of the poker magazines. I think that the code is www.bodog.com/allin100? I know I used that code a few months ago with allin50 to get $50. But be warned, I hate Bodogs card distribution like a plague.

I'm an FTR stalker...haha.
So bodog looks like a good place to play 10nl and get some bonus money.
