Can anyone find the rates for ring games? I know on Stars it takes a few mins to find it (they don't really like to advertise their fees I guess), but at least it's all layed out in black and white. I just spent an hour scouring FT's site and cannot find the actual rates, just little examples like this:
At Full Tilt Poker the maximum rake in ring games is $3, with a minimum pot size needed for any rake.
I know on some of the tourneys their rake seems a bit high, but a lot of them are comparable to Stars.
Here's what makes me want to see about ring - I was playing at a Omaha H/L table last night, and on a $1 pot they raked 10 cents! That's DOUBLE what Stars rakes! Maybe their structure is different and that's an odd example, I'd like to know. Maybe their rake is different for Omaha than for HE?
It might not sound like much, but if that's true and you're a ring game player, it's like you can play for half-price by NOT playing on FT.
Again, if anyone can find a page on their site where the rake is layed out, I'd love the link please.
Thx

i think up to 25nl, if memory serves me right, they rake 10% of the pot and start when the pot hits $.5. at higher stakes it's 5% when the pot hits $1. conclusion: playing micro's at ft is retarded.

And, to repost from an earlier thread (should've gotten more love, IMO.)

Rake Structures for FR $10NL (copied from respective websites):
Ultimate Bet: $0.01 for each $0.20 Max $3
Poker Stars: $0.05 for each $1.00 in Pot, Max $3
Full Tilt: $0.05 per $0.50 (10%), Max $2
Bodog: $0.01 on each $0.20 , Max $0.10
And trust me, you can get a ton of AI pots on Bodog with guys willing to call down light. I just built a leftover $2.61 balance to $27 over 206 hands today. It's insane.
Now, it's will be rare to get hit with a $3 rake at $10NL under a 5% structure simply because you won't have many multiway AI pots. $2 at Full Tilt is more common because of the 10% structure. In any case 2 way AI with $10 stacks happens all the time. Here's the rake you can expect at each of these sites assuming at $20 pot:
Ultimate Bet: $1, or 10BB
Poker Stars: $1, or 10BB
Full Tilt: $2, or 20BB
Bodog: $0.10, or 1BB.
Chew on that for a while.

wow, never knew about bodog being that cheap.
i don't really play cash tables - do better at SnGs and tourneys
are their rake fees similarly cheap on those?

Oh, thx for the link btw.
Noticed the fixed limit games have 1/2 the rake at the lower levels (5%).

Full Tilt has the best tourney structure for small stakes grinders in the US, I think. Bodog's tourney structure is horrible. They're good for small stakes ring grinding, and that's it.

KB, how does Bodogs bonus work? Meaning how long do you have to clear it and how hard is it to do so? Also, do they have multitabling restrictions?

You are limited to 4 tables max, but I've found the FR action is much faster on Bodonk than on Stars...monkeys pushing buttons, I guess. I've played over 400 hands in a hour before 4-tabling.
The bonus is cleared similar to FT and Stars, with a point structure. A $50 deposit will clear with 500 points. It is ridiculously easy to clear.
They also run a 100% reload bonus good for every 30 days. It's been up for 'a limited time' for several months now. Basically, 100 points clears $10 in bonus. I can clear 500 points playing $10NL super easy in 30 days, so that's a quick $50 bonus. Even better, they have a cool rakeback 'points to cash' program. At 500 points, you can convert to cash, 100=$1. So, deposit $50, grind and get 500 points for the full $50 reload bonus, then convert 500 points to $5 cash. $50 deposit gets you $55 in bonus/rakeback. Nice. Very, very nice.
You should check it out, but no sneaking onto my table like you did on Stars the other day.

Dude, I laughed at that for like 5 minutes. I think I had KQs or somesuch, then you re-raised in position. At first, I didn't even know you were at the table. When I looked up and saw it was you, I was like 'oh damn I gotta fold this for sure.'
