Ok here's the deal been playing online now for a bit over a year, recently bought PT and Its great, but I'm on a total downslide.

I play $10NL and $25NL depending on BR at the time, well a while back I had a BR of $50 and started playing 10nl and was doing good build it up to $75br after a bit, this was a month ago, so I decided to play 25nl and continued to to bring my BR up to $150 (as you can see I dont play to high of stakes But I have fun). But now I'm on this loosing streak, my trips are getting busted, AA are getting busted, Full houses someone has one better so now BR is back down to just over the starting of $50. I'm stuck tried to tighted up my play and just cannot seem to get back where I was, maybe I got to confident so I thought I would just play vanilla poker for awhile but no change. I did play in a 180 person sng and place 12th yesterday which I was proud of. Well anyways any tips to get out of this funk?

here are my PT stats, just to take a look:

Hands: 3,254
VP$IP: 22.55%
PFR: 2.81
W$WSF: 33.33
BB/100: 3.16
W$ at SD: 47.36
PFR%: 6.47

I don't think they are to bad but cannot get past this funk

Thanks for any input.

You are horribly under bankrolled. Id go to 2NL or a risky 5NL with $50. You just cant survive any short term luck with 2-3 buyins.

As for the actual hands if you are getting unlucky then im afraid thats just poker. If you think you might be playing them badly (or even if you dont) try posting some and see what people have to say about how you are playing.
gabe: Ive dropped almost 100k in the past 35 days.

bigspenda73: But how much did you win?

++

I am currently at $180 (after $100 deposit) and working my way to $200. Once I hit that I am moving to $10NL with 20 buyins. I just hit a rough patch and got right back into the game since I was properly rolled.

Maybe thats whats frustrating me a bit to is that my BR is dropping way to fast when in a bad stretch, I think I will drop to 5 or 2nl and work back up.

What may also be hurting you is not betting enough on the flop to drive out drawing hands. I know it seems obvious, but I've found that one of my big leaks early on was trying to extract too many chips from players by playing light on the flop, and ending up getting drawn out on later in the hand.

Of course, there is going to be a certain amount of luck and bad beats, and there's nothing you can do in those cases other than to not let it affect your play. Phil Ivey has been busted more times with AQ than seems possible, but he keeps playing it in the right situations, knowing that it is a hand that will statistically work for him.
