This is a hand I played a few days ago. the guy was real loose pre flop. I think he was playing about 60% of his hands and raising about 8%. His post flop agression was about 4. was I right to fold this against him or do I assume he is just playing wild and re raise or push?

What are you afraid of here? A set? Two pair? If he's a wild enough player to have 2 pair, I'm paying him off here. There's a possibility of a set, but I don't know how much I expect it's what he has. It's hard to put anyone in lower limits on a set. Anything else and you're way ahead. I wouldn't fold this.
I expect that he thought you were raising on a bluff since you raised preflop and then the flop came low. He can't think that it hit you, so he may be reraising with anything at all.

Easy push over the top of his reraise against the type of player you described.

Easy push.
Bigger raise preflop.
Lots of hands push beaten here.

The thing I'd be most scared about on that hand is a straight or a flush draw, but I think for sure you should push there.
