It was probably a good fold, unless he was getting crazy with AK or something. But reraising two active players and reraising a queen high flop seems to indicate AA or KK. It was a good laydown.

raise more preflop, and bet more on the flop. good fold otherwise, but i think you gotta show a little more strength than that, otherwise you're gonna get crap like jj pulling this.
i betcha that i got something you ain't got, that's called courage, it don't come from no liquor bottle, it ain't scotch

I think you want to be careful about committing yourself. I don't think JJ pulls this often enough, and it's easy to single out an aggressive player who may try it. Good lay down. Discipline is everything. Dry your eyes. Move on.
It's not what's inside that counts. Have you seen what's inside?
Internal organs. And they're getting uglier by the minute.

You should raise much bigger preflop with AQ, so when they reraise you can lay it down without having to see a flop. Because you raised so small, your opponent could have anything. Honestly, I would do the same thing as he did on that flop with any two cards. A ten dollar bet in a $200NL game looks really weak.

It looks like the table is taking advantage of a weak-tight player.

a preflop raise should really be 3-4x bb or roughly what gets 1-2 callers. Your continuation bets should also typically be 1/2 - 2/3 pot bets. If you're uncomfy betting these amounts i shuggest playing at .5/1nl
Experimenting - 200NL 5max.
