Top two pair in raised pot is quite nice.

Bottom 2 in unraised multiway can be a trouble.

Well, that's how it usually goes.
But the past two days have been hell. Specifically hitting having top pair, playing it aggressively, having it make two pair on the turn and I lose my mind. I'm still trying to figure out if this is a leak or just bad luck running into strong hands, i'm leaning towards leak. Literally, five different hands, five different players, the exACT same scenario. The turn card that gives me top two pair gives villain a straight.
Plus, there was the hand where I check J6o from the BB, many limpers. Flop is J67 rainbow, SB bets half pot, I raise, UTQ +1 raises, I push, villain turns over J7o. That was a hell of a thing.
I thought this hand was going to turn out the same way, that nine giving him a straight, but I guess you're not doom switched like I am.
Party pOk3r is sO RigG3d!!!

Well I guess since I just stacked someone with it, I can complete in the SB with it the next 200 times I get dealt and not win the pot and break even.

zomg so true. But I think next time you play it and hit bottom 2pair, and it goes to all-in, you're gonna be the one getting stacked. The only hands he could hold here are TPTK and an overpair; both have some good outs, and top 2, t+b 2, set are taking your stack. Overall I think this preflop call is probably +EV, but only marginally and only because you're suited to boot.

Other lessons to be learned: Raise your jack preflop.

If he's a hopeless aggro, I'm worried about the flush, if not, he's scared of getting stacked... ooops

Pushing 2 pair in low limits is +EV, even if it makes your BR act like a sine wave. With people that play an overpair or TP like this, why not play 83?
