What hand is beating us here that leads the turn? Raise the turn for value.

Agreed, i don't see anything that he could have on the turn making him bet that we would be scared of... I would be raising the turn for value

add me to the raise the turn camp. if his turn raise calling range is A4,45s,34s,99, any two spades, any two clubs, we can probably see how good it is to raise vs this range.

Replay the hand and try to reason it out:
Pre: He limps in from MP1 and then calls your raise. I put him on suited connectors and smaller pairs.
Flop: He checks, good size bet from you, he calls. Since he's just calling I put him on club draw, smaller pairs, T9, 89, maybe 79.
Turn: He's betting for info or a block bet to draw for spade flush draw that he picked up with his suited 10s9s or similar. You should raise and not let him draw cheap.
Flop: I would probably just call here. If he's on a small pair which we hope he is he would not call a rais anyway. It's not very likely he's on a full house, 33 or 99 he would've played differently on the turn. QQ he would've been more aggressive with on the flop. He could be on a runner runner spade flush draw with something like 10s9s.
