I've been trying to clear a bonus at Imperial Poker as of late. Its a bad site in that you can only play one table at a time, so it makes the bonus soooooo difficult to clear. Yet, the tables are so darn fishy that I love it.

I play the $25 NL tables there and you will have an average of 60- 85% of players see the flop. At first I hated this. Now I've probably only played about 500 hands, but I'm up almost $100 in playing these tables. My strategy is simple. If you raise and don't hit the flop, fold. There's no bluffing and there's no sense in using continuation bets. I mean its possible to use them, but I dont think its profitable.

I play tight, and camp for a good hand. I will usually rake in one or two big hands per few hours. Like today I had pocket 3's, limped them, flop comes up 2-3-7. Three people go all-in ahead of me. I only had $12 at the table, but neadless to say, I won a shitload.

Can this be profitable in the long-run ? Or am I relying too much on luck ?

Camping for big hands at loose tables is a classic and proven way to consistently make money. You will also need to make money off of small pots when you have top pre-flop hands. Just remember that the more people that see the flop the greater chance that your hand will not hold up. If one person calls when you have KK and he has proven to be a calling station and he keeps calling thourghout the turns then he is probably calling with nothing and you should keep betting. If several people call you and one reraises on the flop or turn you then you should think about folding.

Simple as pie way to make money. Sign up to several other places that only allow one table and are full of fishes and multi-table them. Such as Pacific, Golden Palace, etc.
