I have been reading a lot on FTR and learned loads, thanks for all the info my game has really picked up!

Well, i'm from South Africa and play mainly on the local sites, small in comparison to other sites have a max of 1k players at peak times so there r not a lot of tables to choose from.

been playing for 6months, local live games every monday and online I'm good at SNG's and tourneys, but cash games just eat my BR!

one question though, when multi tableing (4+) what hands r u looking to play? and is position still that important if ur only playing top hands?

thanks in advance!

Welcome!

If your multi-tabling you should be playing the same game you play on one table, or just a slightly tighter variation. I wouldn't recommend multi-tabling unless you can play a profitable game on all tables.

And yes, position, as always, is still vvv important.

Thanks badgers, to be honest I am not really a winning player
i will admit that, although i am not depositing every week and it is more of an up then down thing.

that said, it is the reason I am here to learn and to grow as poker player

got a sweet deal last night, got dealt Ah7H (UTG), called
folded round
BB calls, SB calls, BB calls
flop, (AsAcAd) (LOL)
checks to me
I bet the pot
B folds
SB folds
BB calls
turn (K)
BB all in
I call
BB shows (Kx)
river (K)
wow!

sorry about the format, the sites I play I cant find the hand history

i agree with what other posters have said. If you cant play pretty much the same game on multiple tables as you do on 1 then dont play multiple tables. I also wouldnt suggest playing multiple tables until you are a winning player.
