Default Feedback on Who The Community Would Like to Interview...

    Hi guys,

I'd like to start uploading audio interviews (5-10 minute clips) of well-known poker pros in a format where we ask questions posted directly by our community.

The sponsored pros on any site are usually easiest to get an interview with since those are typically coordinated and encouraged by media personnel from the corresponding site. We can contact pretty much anyone and have a decent chance of getting them to talk with the exception of non-poker site sponsored celebs.

I'd like to get some feedback from the community on who would be the most interesting and then post a separate thread in this forum to solicit questions for that guest. If we don't get a lot of feedback, I'll upload a couple of interviews in upcoming weeks and see how it goes.

    Thoughts?

Interviews with some of the pro players that have been active on FTR, both past and present would be good. Phil Galfond would be the nuts too, which you could package up as an opportunity for him to sell Run It Once to FTR members.

Otherwise, in terms of sponsored pros, I'd be interested in hearing literally anybody being interviewed. 1-2 HH reviews thrown in amongst questions would be excellent.

Good suggestions all around. Thanks for the input. I think the Hand History discussion would be especially interesting... either from hands the guest has played in the past or a forum post example or two provided by someone in the community.

The more I think about it, the more I like the idea of hh reviews (if anybody will do it).

Thread is in the wrong forum though - this needs to go in the BC if you would like any responses.

I don't see any pros giving well thought out insightful HH Reviews in an interview.

Some top online players would be good, who exactly I'm not too fussed.

You guys have some pretty good online players that would post and discuss HH's for days on end with you if you would post in the strat forums more. They don't come around often anymore because there isn't enough traffic. If they found new stuff to discuss every time they came around they would start clicking on FTR more for their poker fixes.
