Man last night I could not win a hand. Seemed like everytime I had AA KK QQ the flops were terrible for me. I lost 2.5 buyins on the 25nl tables over the course of the evening. It was just ugly. Only made one truely bad call that cost me big but I bled money all night. It was really weird. Only had one truely bad beat but just could not hit a flop to save my life with good starting hands I had raised into pf. What is the best thing to do when you are running this bad? Just quit for a few days?

It happens, and for more then one session at the time.
Either you dont get any decent starting hands, or every decent hand you have is beat.
As long as you don't go on tilt that is fine, it will even out in the end.
For every bad evening like that you get an evening with more then your share of AA, KK, QQ etc.. and evenings where your pocket 8's crack pocket A's every time

My worst was 3500 in one day. Bad beat or had great cards just pummelled on the flop. I realized that I could not win to save my life when I flopped a set of fives, with 3 players in the hand and was already against an overset, and then the turn made the 3rd player a straight. So I ended up 3rd out of 3 with a set. So, yea, it happens!!

Keep an eye on your mindset, the most important thing is not to tilt. If you feel pretty confident you aren't tilted then you can just play through it. If you find yourself changing your decisions based on how the cards are running then walk away for a while.
It gets better with experience because you've seen it before and you know it will end eventually.

This morning for sure, board made a str8 for a guy when I flopped two pair and dropped the hammer twice.
FLopped K with AK and a guy kept calling my bets 2 on the river he went all-in I followed got beat by K2

Didn't really go on tilt. All though i did get all-in with JJ on one hand(I know kind of dumb) but didn't get beat by aa or kk or qq got beat by 1010!! haha. Just could not get a hand. The bad thing was I was getting alot of good starting hands just never could hit a flop or if I did no one else would gamble with me.

"So I ended up 3rd out of 3 with a set. So, yea, it happens!!"
pushing with two buyins and coming 3rd out of three with kings full of aces is my best (aces full of kings and quad 3s both beat me)
The first thing I thought when I read this thread was "yeah, but the guy was dealt AA, KK and QQ - I've had weeks where I've not received any!"
