Have had a bad run which evidently has something to do with me. I am trying to look at evaluating my game and those I play against completely while I have this break for the next week or so. My questions are:

1. With PT what should I be truely evaluating in regards to my own play. Raising hands, c-betting, value hands, defeat hands etc..

2. In evaluating opposition what should i be specifically taking note of for maximum benefit? PFR hands, positionand hand type for raises, main hands played through etc.

3. What hands will I get most benefit from posting at this stage. Those where I have had my bum kicked, those I have got "lucky on", those I havewon heaps on.

I know these questions are essentially straight forward but I want to maximise this time and utilise the mountains of experience on this site.

Thanks in advance

Definitely post some in which you got your ass kicked.

It'll be funny

But seriously, those are the ones where you can find out what you did wrong, and if there is a pattern, what your leak(s) is.
You should never wave at people you don't know, cause what if they don't have a hand. They'll think you're cocky. "Look what I got motherfucker, this thing is useful, I'ma go pick somethin up."

1) I don't know jack about PT.

2) I like to keep try to keep track of things like, hands they raise, if they continuation bet, any unusual betting patterns they have, if they can laydown AA to pressure, if they steal pots, what they call raises with.

For example heres my notes from the last 2 days. I have a problem with paying attention by the way so theres not many of them

Code:
DioAA- cbet this guy

baidu - 6x 55 But, continuation

CDB- minraised A9 But, calls down with nothing, tries to push off on river

BigCee - 4x TT But

kicco- calles huge PFRs with SC's, calls all the way with TP, calling station

GusHansen1- calls PFRs with JJ OOP
Repeat cbets flop and turn, call down and he'll check river

Falconvic- makes small cbets into multipots

lckstck	-	makes half pot cbets
		      slowplayed a QQ from blinds

bliebaggro-	river bluffs a missed flush draw.
		           plays KT
		           3X A8 EP

AFV	-	calls raises w/ Ax

Adamusses - min raises AK EP
		                    5X ATs LP

Forzza2	-	Dont cbet this guy
likes to raise cbets with air
3) Probably best to post the hands you got your ass kicked or got lucky on. If you needed to get lucky in the first place then it meens you messed up somewhere right?
