ive cut and pasted from the FTR 6 handed EV charts

cards sb -- bb ----- 3 ---- 4 ---- 5 ---- Dealer
AA 2.62 2.26 2.05 2.58 2.53 2.38
KK 1.28 1.88 1.63 1.53 1.75 1.81
QQ 1.23 0.88 1.26 0.89 1.07 1.39
JJ 0.77 0.90 0.69 0.83 0.94 1.03
TT 0.40 0.51 0.56 0.80 0.65 0.87
99 0.14 0.14 0.26 0.45 0.46 0.39
88 0.03 0.46 0.16 0.35 0.33 0.13
77 0.07 -0.05 0.03 0.16 0.09 0.13
66 0.05 -0.07 -0.04 0.02 0.03 0.12

Now , have i read this right, say....pocket 7's have worse value (historically/ statistically ) in the BB than pocket sixes except in theBB?

And , say ....pocket 9 's are terrible in any blind than 8's in late??

and are figures like 0.07 an expected return from $1 ? or am I way off mark here?
