Assume 100bb stacks and an 8-handed game.
We are 16/14 and open AKo UTG for 4xbb. HJ, a 12/5 nit, 3-bets to 14x. It's folded to us. What do we do?

I have no interest in discussing strategy with a protege'. Your job is to remain quiet and listen. I have a very systematic approach that I will share with the right candidate and I promise that I will turn you into a force of nature and show you elements of the game of poker that you never knew existed.

Fold as their 3b range is so slim we can't play it profitably post flop. Even if we hit our K or A we can't assume we are good 100%, also a nit like this isn't going to over play QQ on a A or K high flop. There is a possibility that they have AK too, but I don't see it to be that big a mistake to fold.
I say this assuming he knows our UTG range is strong and they aren't leaky postflop.

My experience at microstakes is that this is almost always AA or KK and we are dominated. Occasionally QQ or JJ, very rarely TT (coin flippish) and almost never something like AQ. I almost never call a reraise with AK without a good read. Leaky?

I think fold.
Call means we can't assume we're ahead even on flops with A or K in them - and if he does have QQ on an A or K high flop he'd possibly be willing to let it go for little profit.
Raising gives the same post-flop problems, but if we thought of it as an all-in decision it's funny to note that we need to include more than AQo in the villains range to make it profitable. Basically we have to go down to AJs, and with those stats I find it highly doubtful that it would be in his 3bet range. (TT+,AJs+,AQo+ is 5%) And even if it was it's definitely out of his PF all-in range.

I run this thru PokerStove many times... pretty much every time I go "awww.... f-uck it, I'm calling..." and lose. Against TT+ you're almost a 2:1 dog. 3-bet range for these limits is really narrow and most consist of AA-KK if not a short stack (about a 4:1 dog). I'm more than happy to look for another spot...
