The board is extremely co-ordinated and although that jack is a nice card to see it doesn't really change the fact that you're probably beat.

There's 4 to a straight on the board also and a straight > 3 of a kind. If you don't want to believe he has it you should probably check/call a small river bet, but as played i fold and cry about how the poker gods hate me etc.

I don't understand why you overbet the flop. As played, I think the river is a bet/fold.
