 do what everyone else says you are supposed to do... go back to that place in your head when everything worked properly... back to the basics. Every time I decide to change things up, improve my game, or whatever... I fuck it all up.

You are a good player, you'll come out of it... whether it's variance or not.

Baby steps man. Seriously. Every hand is a test. Give each your full attention and pass as many of them as you possibly can. Don't think about how much you're up or down in a session or for the month. Live your poker life hand by hand.
