mikhja_83's check raise on flop is very fishy and smells like a monster especially after pre flop raise.

I would suggest you raise on flop rather than just call but once you see the original raiser check raise GET OUT!!!!

Re-raise preflop to try to isolate this... Then bet or raise the flop to find out where you're at... This isn't really the spot to try and get sneaky, you have to find out where you're at by betting and raising.
Lack of Discipline and Over-Confidence... The root of all poker evil.

I agree. I think you played the hand far too passively. You seem like you realize this in retrospect. Reraising PF would have caused Villian to possible Re-re-raise and you would gain vital information.

Post flop you should have opened and gotten his AA reaction.

I agree with what has already been stated...Reraise pre-flop. Find out if you are up against a monster. I probably would have raised on the flop as well for definition. You don't to run into a set at the end of this hand. Better to find out while it is cheaper.

Thanks for the replies guys. Looks like I just need to bet it out. Better to know I'm beat than put it all in then know I'm beat.
