Just looking over my stats as i've been getting way too much of a pounding lately and it needs to stop. I'm looking at all the hands i lost big on and really they're all just silly coolers, but i am wondering if i go apeshit over TPTK too much and should be folding more.

If you look at the stats here, am i losing way too much with one pair? Maybe i should be playing more suited connectors or at least giving them a little more respect than i currently do. I mean i am actually losing a ton of money here with one pair hands.

Wondering what other people's stats look like for this particular PT feature?

Stats include your hands on river regardless of whether you personally saw river or not.
Just playing to improve.

This is my biggest leak for sure...all those casino tournaments with turbo blind structures taught me bad cash game habits. I did a session with Matt "mpethybridge" Pethybridge who does the HEM videos on stox and he gave me some of the following guidelines...check your Hands in PT3 or HEM for the BB/Hand column and these are some possible target numbers to shoot for. This week I'm completely bleeding from KK at 0.34 ...so bad. lol

AA................5.5
AKs...............1.0
AK................0.75
KK.................4.5
QQ................2.5
99..................2 or 3
TT...................4

Two other things you might consider are:

Fold to the re-raise
At the micros, these raises are maybe 80% truth and 20% bluffs. I always think they are bluffing and then my KK gets crushed by 333. haha

Bet 2 Streets
Ed Miller in his videos generally says that big pairs are maybe two streets of value. If you are going bet bet bet bet...you maybe be getting hurt. A very common line is bet preflop, cbet flop, check turn...then optionall bet the river based on board texture and opponents aggro/fishiness. I find this line works well with big pairs or TPTK. Often I have to call a turn bet since villain thinks you are giving up when you are controlling pot size. If you have QQ and there is an A or K on board...you also need to consider abandoing the plan if villain stays aggro.

hope these thoughts are helpful
