With every level that you move up, you will see better players at the new level. Don't worry about it too much, as there are still a TON of fish at the $5 tables. All you need is ABC to beat it... GL!
Hey knucklehead! Bonk!

Robb is an unknown quantity at this point
My experience at 10nl and below is that, on flop, any raise means all the chips are likely to be in the middle by the end. So it's important to start each hand with quality, RARELY bluff, and bet any value with a 2/3's PSB on the flop. The decision point comes early, and TPTK against many opponents is the nuts. Get some reads, here. Almost anything that beats AA on the flop is worth felting.

Like Stacks said above, just your basic ABC Tagg poker. These players aren't much better, just a little. Don't get intimidated. Work on your reads, just play your game and make only minor adjustments. The monies will come.

And good luck!! You're doing great, moving up with a nice little bankroll behind you. A bit of solid play and you'll be moving up again real soon.

BTW, if you have PokerTracker or HEM, you could post some stats. If you don't have a ton of 5nl hands, yet, post some for 2nl to get some feedback. After about 10k hands at 5nl, post again. Some of the regs here will check them out and look for obvious leaks. Can be real helpful, imo.

Like someone above me said, as you move up the player DO get better, but its such a small step up from $2 to $5 ur probly still gonna be seeing the same fishy play and a lot of the same players. Keep playin ur game and Good Luck!
