This is a situation where I'll slowplay. On this flop, there isn't much of a draw to worry about, other than a flush draw. The thing is, you don't want to scare him off of his KK or KQ. I would let him continue to bet into the pot If a third club or T or J comes, start playing it a little faster. I think however, that you could get him to put his stack in for you (he on has $1 left after his flop bet - which is why it's pointless to push him off of a draw).
