We were both deep stacked, so i was afraid he would come over the top of me on the river.

you've shown enough aggression that he might expect you to fire again on the River hoping to trap you. But I wouldn't mind making a decent size bet here and expect to take it down most of the time.

AK & QJ beat u, but complete on the Turn and he only calls. If he was hoping to stack you by the River with either of those hands, I'da expected him to Raise or at least lead to build the pot and set up for the shove.

QT I would have looked to maybe see a donk or raise on the flop... and without that, I'm not expecting him to come to life on the River.

Set... meh... with the straight board, and your continued aggression, I doubt he's raising you.

AQ,KQ, AJ you beat and would likely be trying to call down as cheaply as possible, and not super likely will bluff raise this River.

You can bet about .60 into this Ri and still be just under a 1/3 stack commitment threshold, giving yourself room to get away if he shoves over.

My 2cents FWIW...

yeah I bet out around half pot on the river and fold to a reraise.
