I've noticed that lite 3betting going on in 10nl these days. Laggfish love it. Now, I know that a 3bet of around 8% is basically unexploitable, but some of these guys 3bet 30% of their hands in the blinds, or 30% of their hands from the button.
How should I adjust to this? My normal 3bet reaction involves folding about 70%+ of my hands unless I'm deep with the villain. Lately I've found myself calling with a wider range including 88+ and some suited connectors as low as 89 against these guys, but it may be too loose. I know that lite 4betting is an obvious tactic, but some of the laggfish I'm talking about are known to shove with ax hands or any pp.
It's kind of annoying dealing with these guys 3betting every 3rd ep and mp open--not to mention the co and btn opens.
On a similar line, how to you think I should play in 3bet pots at these stakes? I think I do ok, but I mostly play fit-or-fold.
Thanks.

stop calling with 88+ and 4bet/shove obv if they are getting it in with Ax. Throw in some other Ax hands too. Basically shove a lot wider but I mean I really doubt people are 3betting 30% in certain spots. Not even half that is my guess.

Tighten up a little, 4-bet a little more. I promise you it's not nearly as big of a deal as it seems. Just don't start calling 3-bets out of position.

I have no interest in discussing strategy with a protege'. Your job is to remain quiet and listen. I have a very systematic approach that I will share with the right candidate and I promise that I will turn you into a force of nature and show you elements of the game of poker that you never knew existed.

Changing table would be another good strategy. It's 10NL, the player pool is large so you don't have to stay if you don't have position on the fish.
