Stick with well known poker sites and offers from reputable affiliates. If you have to ask, I'd bet that you probably suspect this is a scam. Stick with your gut and don't do it.

Never heard of propaganda poker.
As far as i know,you can have two or more accounts at iPoker, but you have to give different nicks and e-mails during registration.
