Next while your starting out try and just post one hand at a time. It just makes it easier for you and your going to get more specific advice

PRE) Your opening bet-sizing is too small. 3x is not going to let you play big enough pots for the rake and doesn't punish the players who call light. You need to open to at least 4x +1 for each limper at the micros. Play fewer, bigger pots is the guiding principle.

OTF) Flop bet sizing looks good.

OTT) bet is standard, sizing OK. It's the right call. The only thing hinting at 'tarded is that you didn't see that 10 outs is over 1/5 to improve, and your amount to call is close to 1/5 your amount to win.

Here's the EV assuming all your outs are good. (In retrospect, they were, but at the time we were only assuming.)
With 10 outs to a full house or quads, you have ~22.7% equity to improve. There is 0% chance for a split.

EV = (0.227)($3.15) - (0.773)($0.65) = ~$0.21

The EV is positive, so your call is +EV. Print tha monies by calling. Even though you expect to lose 77% of the time, you still win more by calling than you save by folding.

folding to the check-raise would be terrible. Even if he has the JT nuts you have ten outs to stack him so almost have direct pot odds to call even if his hand was face up. Given that he can have two pair/sets/retardo here too then it's not even close to a fold.
