1. i'd prob raise flop more and bet less on river but you played it fine.
2. sucky feeling. judging by hand 1 he leads into the pfr when he catches a small piece so i would put him on a bluff or a pretty nice hand - have you seen him bluff like this yet? and did you think it was necessary to raise 6BB's pre-flop after only 1 limper?

I decided to post without looking at the results... Might impact what I say..

1 - I'd check behind on river. Flop could use a little more unf.
2 - I don't like check raising here. If villian checks behind you gave him a free card to draw out on you. I lead out. I don't like my aces after that allin flop bet.. that usually means set. Unless I had a good read I'd fold.
3 - Fine
4 - Villian is a shortie, you played fine.
5 - Eh.. tough spot. With 2 people calling that flop I would have to assumed someone has a queen. Tough river bet... I don't think you're winning this hand if you call.
6 - I would wuss out after the turn and river as well.
