This first one I already can tell was poor, but I'm interested in maybe some specific points on how to play it differently.

Table is extremely tight passive except for Villan, who's considerably looser but still folding most of the time.

Firstly, the table selection was poor in the first place. My raises were never getting called preflop so it started to push me to open up my hand selection. Bad idea indeed, for a ton of hands dominate me here.

However, the hand before this Villan chased an OESD with me betting slightly more than 1/2 pot the entire way and TPTK. I've seen him make a number of totally bonehead plays so I figured he'd try chasing again. When he moves AI do I just assume he has me outkicked or better?

This next one is a lot more tricky:

Outcome: Button wins $9.66. Hero wins $1.39.

Same table as before, but for some reason in the last 30 minutes or so of playing this table everyone started opening up and playing hands as bad as T9o for a preflop raise. Going to the flop, I'm almost positive I have them beat, for AA probably wouldn't have resisted the re-raise (perhaps the button, but he's fairly negligible in this hand due to his stack). On the flop I put the button on:

Things that beat me:
AA, JJ (33 and 22 included, but I don't think he's playing those for a PF raise, even with an opened hand selection)

or

Things that I beat:
AK, AQ, AJ, KQ, KJ, QJ, QQ, TT

With the turn nothing really changes, so I fire out again. His flat call doesn't really give me any information other than he still thinks his hand is good. I think JJ would have at least-min-raised me here to pump up the pot a little more, so chances are good I'm still ahead.

Now with the river, I'm 80% certain that he'll call off a pot sized with any Jx, but I didn't listen to my instinct telling me that the reraise meant I was beat (In this case I assumed JJ). Of course, I couldn't get away at this point and went ahead and called to see I was indeed ahead until the river, but it wasn't the hand I had assumed.

Any comments/suggestions are appreciated.

Both hands you aren't betting enough on the flop. You want those bets to be closer to pot sized.

Hand 1: You have to fold on that turn. You can't even beat TPTK and his raise screams that he has you beat.

Hand 2: On this hand you aren't gonna get rid of the flush draw because he has top pair as well. You still didn't bet enough on the flop but just call the river raise.

That's a scary board for aces. It's paired, it's got a flush out, and this is low stakes. I don't reraise there.

I thought the turn bet sucked on the second hand. It's what, 1/2 pot?

The first hand isn't really that bad. I don't think the bet "screams that you're beat," since you barely have anything behind. That card doesn't really scare me; I pay it off if I thought my pair was good on the flop.
