I am looking for input on this hand. Villian was 19/9 over 130 hands. Main reason for preflop raise was that MP3 player was the table donk running 40/14, and I was trying to ISO.

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (9 handed) - Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

UTG ($5.65)
UTG+1 ($5.24)
MP1 ($12.32)
MP2 ($13.49)
MP3 ($18.49)
Hero (CO) ($9.70)
Button ($5.03)
SB ($9.10)
BB ($4.32)

Preflop: Hero is CO with Q, A
3 folds, MP2 calls $0.10, MP3 calls $0.10, Hero bets $0.50, 2 folds, BB calls $0.40, 1 fold, MP3 calls $0.40

Flop: ($1.65) K, 9, A (3 players)
BB bets $0.30, MP3 calls $0.30, Hero raises to $1.50, BB raises to $3.82 (All-In), 1 fold, Hero calls $2.32

Turn: ($9.59) 9 (2 players, 1 all-in)

River: ($9.59) 5 (2 players, 1 all-in)

Total pot: $9.59 | Rake: $0.63
Main pot: $9.59 between Hero and BB, won by BB

Results below:
BB had K, K (full house, Kings over nines).
Hero had Q, A (two pair, Aces and nines).
Outcome: BB won $8.96

Also if you put the player on a set when he reraised, would you still call or not and why?

if that was villains range then he has 45% with dead money in the pot. Easy call. That said, your range sucks. villain has way more hands in his range, including worse Ax hands and smaller FD's. and you need to discount a few AA and KK hands that may 4 bet pre. and you complete missed AK.

Code:
	equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 	59.102%  	52.69% 	06.41% 	      74888737 	  9108115.50   { AdQd }
Hand 1: 	40.898%  	34.49% 	06.41% 	      49016264 	  9108115.50   { AcAd, AcAh, AdAh, KcKd, KcKh, KdKh, 99, A9s+, K9s, A9o+, K9o }
