im starting to doubt my girls too,
most people go in with an a or k
just hope it doesnt hit,
in that case, well that just sucks.

A 3b preflop may have helped avoid this although it'll be hard to get away from the Overpair on the flo anyways. Not sure this. This is tournies. I know nothing of tournies so that's all I can give ya.

You had like 40BB+ but he had 20BB
So going all-in preflop would not be a mistake

the key though is that he went all in on the flop so you know he had a high pair and most likely not AK because he overbet the pot so much
now ask yourself, is TT/JJ as likely here as KK/AA?

if this player would raise TT/JJ in the same spot, then it might have been a correct play
