Post subject: Considering quitting, horrendous luck and constant bad beats

Before the pros bash me for being a whining noob who moans about his lack of luck when the odds are against him, my luck has been an utter joke. My BR is now 0 after beginning with 50$ and that's because of two things, terrible BR management and terrible luck.
Take 5 minutes ago, for example. After a long series of consistent bad beats (I go all in preflop with AA, he goes in with 44, villain ends up with a straight no BS) where I lose about 80% of 50/50s and the majority of times when the odds are in my favour, I decide I need to break even or go home. I join an 11$ tournament, hoping to win the 50$ prize and start again.
The players in this game are utter donks, going all in with any pair, and high pair and no shit, any ace overcard. After an hours, there's four of us left (this is a 10 player tourney on Party Poker), one of the donks is a maniac who goes all in with literally any ace. I've had a string of poor cards but this hand, I'm BB with TT and the villain goes all in.
I call, since I know he's stealing the blinds and could use his money. This game means so much to me, I've actually made notes. His range pretty much spans across all hands; he's a gambler, a moron, a donk. He has A6, the flop comes A6A and that's not BS, exaggeration, inflation or any assortment of woe-is-me bullshit.
I had 70% odds on that call, but I lost. Poker is a great game and one I'm good at; but with such genuinely awful luck I can't see it being profitable, I've simply seen the river destroy my advantage far, far too many times.
This isn't an 'analyse my hand/play' thread, it's a 'tell me how to deal with constant, incessant bad beats thread'. And for those who think party poker is rigged, I'm a new player and trust me, it's not.

or just move up to where they respect your raises imo

Can't see how moving up to where people respect my raises coincides with good bankroll management; I've also already read every article in the beginners digest. I've lurked here before.
Already found my solution, I posted this in frustration. Lock it/delete it/ban me or whatever, I'm done.
