if a person checks to next player then that person bets when it comes back to checker can he raise

1 dollar ante then 3 dollar max bet with 3 raises//

buy the way how about other card games like 5 stud or 7 stud or follow queen can you check and raise

Open round of betting in 7 card stud. Once the dealer gives you another card face up, you can check other person bets, you can check raise again....

same way for every poker game with rounds of betting after the flop.
