Im looking to get either cardrunners or PXF but im not really sure which one to get. Ive always played MTTs and sngs from $5-30 FOs and $3-10 rebuys, but now i am wanting to play cash games starting at 100NL. So what are the pros and cons of each one and which one do you like better and for what reason?

Been discussed 10000 times before and the general consensus is:

PokerXfactor: excellent for SNGs and MTTs

Cardrunners: #1 for cash games

Given that you want to learn cash: Cardrunners is the way to go. And that will be your best poker investment ever. And the fastest possible way to improve. Don't hesitate a second.

Don't buy what you have, buy what you need. Pretty simple. They are both starting to overlap anyway, so CR will get you some tourney vids anyway and if you have PXF you get Rizen in ring games.
