Oppenent is pretty standard, your basic 10NLer, donkish but not an insane donk.

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

Hero ($21.10)
MP ($3.25)
CO ($11.95)
Button ($6.50)
SB ($7.20)
BB ($7.90)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with T, A.
Hero raises to $0.45, 1 fold, CO calls $0.45, 3 folds.

Flop: ($1.05) T, 3, A (2 players)
Hero bets $0.65, CO calls $0.65.

Turn: ($2.35) J (2 players)
Hero bets $1.65, CO raises to $10.85 (All-In)

Can I call this...seems insanely strong, AJ dominates me, but thats all I really see him having here. Thoughts?

He could also have slow played a made set and be ready to cash in. Possibly just made a set of J's.
Just playing to improve.

i hate to say it, but you dont want to call that one very often. hard one to get away from, but AJ may call your pfr, and JJ from a tighter player (like you would find at 10 NL).

either way, i doubt this is a semibluff. your beat too often here.

FOLD.

Nothing beats flopping quads while dropping a duece!
