Yeah. I dunno. Maybe.

I think I want people in. I'd push if I thought I'd get a call...

12 out, 50% to win if you see both cards, I think I raise

Imo it's the other way around.. a push/raise here is good if it will most likely get a fold..

Actually, either way I'm happy. There is no guarentee that the flush isn't already made, also no guarentee you'll hit your outs. But contrarily you have a good shot at making best hand so you have plenty of outs to both the nuts and second nuts if you get called. In a situation like this, I think I a push gains you the max amount of FE and the max amount of value for your hand. It's win/win.

The SB is all in and we only have a draw so we are going to have to get to showdown. Becuase of this should we be calling trying to get an overcall? A push is going to get folds most likely and we cant really make many other raises. Do we want to isolate a shortstack AI who probably has atleast a pair when we only have a draw?

To the people advocating a raise, what would we make it?

Also, is it too weak/tight to advocate folding PF here? We have a marginal holding and are OOP in a raised pot with a hand that is easily dominated and the pot is likely to be very multiway.

I think in the position any raise has to be a push. I agree that any raise is likely to get folds (although this may be because I saw what happened).

So I thought easy call, if anyone pushes then I can happily call. I think the pot is even big enough that if anyone else calls I can push on any turn that doesn't pair the board. Maybe even then...

Folding PF is a definite option. Especially after SB calls. But laying down the blind again when I have reasonable cards seems a bit weak.

There's a difference between defending your blinds heads up versus a more obvious steal attempt and defending just because you finally got decent cards.

Without a read, I fold preflop there.

As played - I call the flop bet - you don't wanna isolate here, you want people in the pot with you so if you do hit you really get paid off.

If the SB wasnt AI I would agree with this, but he is so we are going to go to showdown if we dont fold.
