This is where basic HUD stats are a lot less useful than having some showdown hands. What is villain defending the BB with? Would he reraise big cards or just call? Would he flat with suited connectors? Have you been stealing a lot?

Against a random, I would tend to bet like .65 and then shutdown. A flush draw isn't folding to any bet, but other than that, this board doesn't hit a typical 10NL BB defending range well at all.

This is more advanced, but if my opponent is super-spewy I might even consider check/calling and re-evaluating (possibly leading or check/calling again) the turn, because AT is really doing pretty good against a spewy BB's range here, IMO.

The board ain't pretty and you're OOP. Sure, this board may not hit his range based on the stats but if he's not calling wide then you have no idea where you stand. If he is calling wide then the flop may well have hit him. Too many variables to take a shot. I c/f.
