i get in this situation all the time where my c bet gets called and im out of position on the turn. do i bet more or check/fold if the turn is a blank?

There are several factors that lead to whether you should fire again. First, what is the probability that the turn card could help villian. In your case above the answer is - not very likely so you move to the next variable, which is read dependant. Is villian the type of player who will fold a second best hand or someone who likes to call down just about any hand? If it is the former I would tend to fire again, if it is the latter I would check behind.

i think check folding is pretty standard here... unless he called with 109 pf he is probably just calling you down with a J or an 8 considering this is 10nl
