I just made the switch from Stars to Party, and I gotta say so far I'm lovin it. SO much fishier than 25 NL on Stars. Anyways, I found a couple of people that I would love to play with again, such as someone with a VPIP of 92% who tried to bluff me off my quad 8s with A high I put them on my buddy list, but is there a way to locate the games they are playing in?

yes - you use the 'Game Rules and Options' menu - if you buddy listed them already, then you can do a 'player search' - click the 'buddies' button on the search dialog, and pick em - then click somewhere back on the dialog and hit the search button - it will show you what tables they are on.

they won't show up in your player search buddies list if they are not at tables though.

And there is an option to hide onesself from player search, so if they know they're bad they can keep you from finding them again (if they're aware of this option, anyway).
