Given pot odds, i think a call is justifiable here. Is it?

Also, would a call be okay if the bet was a 2/3rds-PSB ?

Big bet on the flop, value turn then either value the river or check/call depending on what you think of him.

aren't we beaten by aces up a lottt of the time? given this particular hand where the river bet was so small, it's an easy call. but what if he 2/3rds - pot bets? is calling still +EV?

what could he possibly be raising with?

a single ace could definitely make this bet. something like A4, A6, or A8+ that picked up a flush draw on the turn. you are ahead often enough to call i think.
