I deposited $500 in Party and whored there, Paradise, and Riverbelle to get my roll over 1k playing 25NL. Today I played 9 tabled 50NL on Party and ran around 13PTBB/100 for 3k hands. Total profit about $390 +$100 reload bonus.

Do you think this is the best way to grind up the roll or should I continue to bonus whore? And on a side note, when do we get to play some real-ish poker? At least on Party, I feel that the optimal strategy is ridiculuously tight bc there are so many loose calling stations. I worry that I'm not learning enough and that I'll end up getting crushed when I get the roll to move up another level.

There is no reason you cant grind it out while working on a bonus and there is no reason you cant always be working on a bonus. At $25nl about all I did was simply play at party with no bonus except for when they did their reloads. Now that Ive been at 50nl for a bit Ive decided to start doing a lot more bonuses. check out www.bonuswhores.com and find some good ones and work on those while playing your regular game .

Well I forgot to add that I dont have a huge monitor for multitabling. I only have 1280x1024 resolution. So while I can 9-table party with a big card mod because of the resizeable tables, I would have to 4 table most other sites. So I'm not sure if the bonus compensates for being able to play less hands.

I use bonus whores as well. I was thinking of trying Poker Room and Hollywood next. They seem to have very good bonuses which should not be too hard to clear.
