I like 275 as a psychological bet. I feel these work more often than you'd think. If you get an opportunity, get your chips in on the flop, as vqc said.

Also, welcome to FTR, HalvSame!

Sorry, where are my manners? Welcome to FTR HalvSame.

Of course, you could always do what dwarfman does and bet all but one of you chips, just in case.

Thanks for the welcomes and the replies. I ended up betting 265 and they both folded.

Would you not be scared of TT in the event of a raise? Or perhaps KK; though you'd think KK would have at least bet/raised more preflop, I've seen too many players limping/calling pf raises with QQ-AA at these SnGs to be certain.

It's a concern, yes, but only a very small one.
I think it's more likely that someone has called your PF raise with face cards in this sort of SnG (KQ, KJ - s00ted or not).

KK (and TT to a certain degree) are much more likely to have pushed all-in PF rather than call.
If someone has TT and out flops you, so be it...sigh and move on.

BTW - I was very surprised to hear that everyone folded to your flop bet!
